The four-bedroom, four-bathroom home was designed by West Coast architect William James Bain, who rose to fame during the mid 1900s and designed many of Seattle’s popular buildings, including The James G. Pursley house and the Gamma Phi Beta Sorority House, among others, according to HistoryLink.org.

In addition to its famous owners, one of the most interesting parts about this property is that it has two huge parcels comprising nearly half an acre,” listing agent Amy Sajer said to Mansion Global. “It also has spectacular views of the Seattle skyline, Lake Washington, Mount Rainier and Mount Baker.”
