Technique #1: Exercise for Explosive Size?
You’ve seen the ads, the offers, and the promises. “Add 4 inches or more using nothing but your hands”, right? Well, I’ve got GOOD news, and bad news..:-)
The GOOD news? Natural male enhancement exercises like jelqing, contractions, kegel, lifts and stretches are amongst the very BEST ways to improve your penis size, on any budget. They work very well, I’ve used them personally for years, and they do result in great improvements to BOTH your size….and your self esteem.
The BAD news? 4 inch improvements are rare…..and if they DO happen, I’ve never seen them. (nor have they happened for me) But they DO work, and it doesn’t take much time, or effort, to get them as well. (plus PE exercise, as a general rule, have been proven to be effective for about 85% of men, and that’s the sort of statistical success rate most EXPENSIVE enlargement products can’t touch).
Technique #2: Penile Extension Devices
The truth is, penis extension, while a bit unorthodox and controversial…..works wonderfully well. It’s probably the ONLY legitimate male enhancement method that’s been studied by science, and validated through serious study. The truth is, wearing a genuine extension device, one that has been medically rated (there are only a few of these on the market) is a PROVEN, and foolproof way to stretch, stress and permanently GROW the tissue in the penis.
The downside of penile extenders?
They aren’t cheap. You can (and should) expect to spend about $300 for a good one….and if you see something priced well below that, your best bet is to stay away. (and stick with exercise..:-)
