Project Supervisor Mac Casares | Meet the Team

Fulfill Mac, Challenge Supervisor, Carpenter, and Senior Builder!

Mac (presented name Michael Casares) joined Hammer & Hand as a carpenter in the drop of 1998. A native Oregonian, Mac was elevated on a farm and started doing work as a laborer for his uncles at the age of 13. Mac experienced a transient stint on a crew constructing a lodge in Los Angeles suitable out of superior university before he moved to Colorado for much of the 90s. Apart from his time in Colorado put in setting up in the summer and training snowboarding in the wintertime, Mac has expended the greater part of his career at Hammer & Hand.

When questioned what drew him to staying a builder, Mac replied,

“I would not say I often had a passion for this type of work but discovered that I picked it up quite effortlessly and excelled quickly. The enthusiasm arrived afterwards when the motivation to carpentry was produced.”

With an aptitude for highly technical and outside-the-box tasks, the creative and analytical Mac ongoing to excel at Hammer & Hand, at some point turning into one particular of our most indispensable staff associates. In addition to his Challenge Supervisor duties, Mac also handles a large amount of enterprise functions, oversees hiring, and serves as a valued voice in the Hammer & Hand Range, Equity & Inclusion Staff.

Affable and quick to toss down a pun or a single-liner, Mac endeared himself speedily to co-workers and supervisors alike. These times, he is typically witnessed with his Insta-well known canine Cricket (@the_planet_in accordance_to_cricket) and lately welcomed a new pup, Olive, to the household!
