Inspired and moved by the Balearic aesthetic that characterizes vogue manufacturer NEUTRALE, the undertaking stems from arduous investigation into Mediterranean ideals. Sustainable mortar and ceramics develop into the driving drive of the undertaking and offer the most representative shades of the Mediterranean. These products contrast with the forcefulness of the granite bar. This aspect functions as a guidance for specialty espresso and avant-garde gastronomy, and thanks to its presence, would make these two things the main protagonists of the venture.

The a few ceramic benches develop into the devices that make it possible for tasting the gastronomic item.
